I was going to post last night but ended spending most of the night trying to write a couple of paragraphs about myself for my “about me” page, it is quite difficult to write about ones self, and I found it really difficult.

I didn’t get to do my walk in the morning yesterday. I had a very late night fixing up some errant code on the website and ended up doing another night walk last night. I did the same route as the other night but in reverse. I chose this route out of a morbid curiosity to check out my spider friend. It’s the sort of thing that people who are terrified of spiders enough to scream when encountered with a large specimen do, yet aren’t quite terrified enough not to have a good look once the initial fright is over.

To my great surprise it had disappeared, my first thought was that some poor bastard had walked into it, which initially gave me a cold chill down my spine. A couple of minutes later I must admit to having a bit of a chuckle at the thought of someone else screaming as they ran into in the damn thing. Of course in a piece of serendipity at that moment I walked through a spider web at shin level (I was wearing shorts) I of course made a high pitched noise and then did a crazy ‘lord of the dance leg’ thing, (except only if the ‘lord of the dance’ was paralytic and had no rhythm) in an insane attempt at getting the web of my leg and of course ended up looking like a tool – again!

Today is a big day, as it is usually my day off today, I felt it’s the perfect day to do my weigh in and get all my stats. So watch out for another post later this afternoon, maybe even a photo or two.
